Description
We are a midsized Bangalore based corporate law firm looking for law graduates from reputed law schools in India and enrolled with a Bar Council for the position of Associate/Sr. Associate at our firm.
Work will be a mix of transaction documentation, drafting/reviewing and negotiating high value commercial contracts, advising on legal compliance, employment laws and employee relations matters.
Key Requirements
Candidates must have PQE 4 to 7 years with excellent legal analytical and excellent communication (oral and written) skills.
Must also have the ability to directly interact with corporate clients with limited guidance from Partners.
