The Nani A. Palkhivala Memorial National Moot Court Virtual Competition, 2021, is being organised by Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai in collaboration with the All India Federation of Tax Practitioners and Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Practitioners Association. It gives Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai great pleasure to announce one of the country’s most prestigious tax moots, which will be held from November 26th to November 28th, 2021.
Eligibility and Team Make-Up
- All students enrolled in a bona fide undergraduate programme in law, i.e., 3 years/5 years from any college or university, are eligible to compete.
- Only one team from each college or university will be allowed to enter the competition.
- Each team will have three members, two of whom will be speakers and one of whom will be the researcher.
Registration Procedure
- The teams are required to confirm their registration by mailing the google form receipt by 30th September, 2021 (6:00 PM IST).
- A mail should be sent to [email protected] for the registration.
- Any change in composition of the team will not be entertained once the memorials have been submitted, except in cases of medical emergencies.
