Associate and Senior Associate – Corporate and Commercial Litigation, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Dispute Resolution
POE: 1-5 years
Location: New Delhi & Mumbai
Key Profile
Primary responsibilities would include drafting of pleadings, attending hearings before courts and tribunals, briefing Senior Counsel
Desired Skill Sets
Substantive knowledge and understanding of laws/nudes/regulations relating to
corporate and commercial litigation, insolvency and bankruptcy laws arbitration and dispute resolution.
Appearance and Filing in High Court (Delhi/Mumbai), NCLT Benches
(Delhi Mumbai), NCLAT and DRT (Mumbai).
Excellent Drafting/Writing and Presentation Skills.
Good Communication Skills.
Should be able to handle Client and Counsel independently
Extensive Research Skills and more particularly on various Case Indexing platforms like SSC Online & Manupatra.
