Concept Note :

The nature and spirit of law is ever dynamic, there is a constant need for the law to evolve itself with the evolution of the Society, In the modern day and age it is the need of the society to handle and take care of the disputes in a cost and time saving, effective and hassle-free manner. When we look at the current backlog of pending cases in the Indian courts, the burden thereof needs to be halved and subsequently reduced.

It is a very well established principle in law Justice delayed is Justice denied and as such the focus of the Lawyers, Professionals, Researchers and the Academicians should target the effectiveness of ADR and subsequently devise mechanisms to promote the practice and preference of ADR in all walks of life.
