About the Legal Internship Opportunity
Jain & Partners are looking for law interns. Kindly note, that it is a physical internship. Therefore, the candidate will be required to come to the office on daily basis.
Eligibility
Candidate having prior internship experience in IPR with good research and drafting skills will be preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibility : would include mostly the research work, study similar marks related to IP/Trademarks, assistance in drafting, trade-mark watch, Journal search, making case briefs and content creation
Expected Skills
Area of Law: Intellectual Property Rights with prime focus on TRADEMARK LAW

Non-Assessment Interns – 3
Assessment Interns – 1
Stipend
Stipend for Non-Assessment Interns: Rs 2000/- for two months
Stipend for Assessment Interns: Rs 5000/- per month
Duration of Internship
Duration for Non-Assessment Interns: Minimum of two months
Duration for Assessment Interns: Four months
