About the Job
TVS SCS is hiring for a Legal Associate (contract basis) for TVS SCS Global Legal team.
Eligibility and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in law with 1 or 2 years’ experience in contracts, legal opinions, etc. Freshers may also apply
Roles and Responsibilities
- Draft and Vet Contracts for various business arrangements in line with legal principles and judicial precedents.
- Support in negotiating and finalising Contracts.
- Draft/vet commercial contracts/templates for various functions, businesses across the globe.
- Assisting in legal research and opinions.
- Assisting in Data Privacy Projects.
- Assisting in preparing Standard Operating Procedures for various legal services.
Role Demands
Proficient in English language
Good drafting skills
Computer skills – Word; Power point; excel etc.
