About Adv Swapnil Tripathi

Adv Swapnil Tripathi is currently pursuing a DPhil in Law (Doctor of Philosophy) at the University of Oxford. He is also an attorney/advocate by profession and appears before the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court. He graduated from National Law University, Jodhpur with a specialization in Constitutional Law and thereafter read for the Bachelor of Civil Law at Mansfield College, University of Oxford.

About the opportunity

Looking for two interns to assist me on a research project for a period of 4-6 weeks.

Roles and Responsibilities

The tasks will include researching and preparing research notes on a set of propositions for the project.

Eligibility

The candidates must be in their third/fourth/final year of law school (in case of a 5-year programme) or third year of law school (in case of a 3-year law programme) and must be well-versed with legal databases.

The deadline for the applications is 27 December 2022 and the work will commence in the second week of January. Interviews may be conducted.
