About the Journal:
The International Journal of Justice (IJJ), having ISSN No. :2583-5475, provides a forum for a diverse array of legal scholarship authored by legal scholars, academicians, practitioners, and law students. IJJ intends to serve as the premier law publication focused on law and justice issues. The Journal aspires to publish content that sets the cutting edge of both international and national issues, exploring novel arguments, problems, and solutions to advance justice in the world. The IJJ is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal. After a very successful 1st Issue of Volume 1 in 2022, The International Journal of Justice is coming out with its 1st Issue of Volume 2.
The International Journal of Justice is an initiative of LatestLaws.com and the International Dispute Resolution Council, a not-for-profit company duly registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.
Eligibility Criteria:
Authors may be Legal Scholars, Academicians, Legal Practitioners or Law Students.
Categories for submission of Papers:
Research Papers: 5000 – 10000 words
Articles/Essays: 2000 – 5000 words
Book Reviews: 1500 – 2500 words
Legislative Comment/Case Analysis: 1000 – 2000 words

Guidelines for Submission:
Original Content – The submission must be an original work of the author/s. The submission must not be previously published or currently under review for publication at any other platform and may not be submitted to another platform while in process of review with us. A disclosure regarding your paper not shared elsewhere for publication is required in the cover letter.
Collaborative Submissions – A submission could be a collaborative work of a maximum of three authors.
Non-derogatory content – Submission should not contain any derogatory or defamatory statements against any individual or institution.
Abstract – Submission of research papers and articles must be accompanied with an abstract of not more than 200 words.
Footnote formatting – The footnoting to be done in accordance with the 21st Edition of the Bluebook Citations.
Copyright – Copyright over the published content shall vest solely with the “International Journal of Justice”.
Anonymous Submission – A separate cover letter mentioning the name(s) of the author(s), e-mail id, mobile number, the title of the manuscript and the name of the institution, shall be sent along with the submission. There should be no mention of authors name or any other identity in the original manuscript.
Author’s Photo – Authors can submit their coloured/black & white passport size photo in .jpg or .jpeg format as an attachment in the email.
Submission Format – All submissions must be made in .doc or .docx format.
Guidelines for Formatting:
All submissions must strictly adhere to following formatting guidelines. The Editorial Board reserves the right to reject submissions after a preliminary review if the prescribed formatting guidelines are not adhered to.
For the body of manuscript:
Font : Times New Roman
Font size : 12 pts.
Line spacing : 1.5
Alignment : Justified
For Footnotes:
Font : Times New Roman
Font Size : 10 pts.
Line Spacing : 1
Footnoting: For all the categories of submissions, proper footnotes, citations are mandatory. Submissions should not contain any hyperlinks.

Submit your paper via email to [email protected] with the subject as “Submission of (mention the category) for the IJJ (Issue 1 Vol. 2)”.
Manuscript Processing Charges (to be paid only after acceptance):
For Indian Authors: ₹1000
For Other Countries: $25
*There is no separate charge for Co-Authorship till a maximum of 2 authors. For 3 co-authors the charges shall be ₹1500 for Indian authors and $30 for foreign authors.
Certificates
‘Certificate of Publication’ will be issued to all the authors whose submissions will be selected for publication. Apart from the Certificate of Publication, a ‘Certificate of Merit’ may be issued to certain shortlisted authors for their exceptional submissions.

The Editorial Board may take around 4 weeks to respond to a submission with a preliminary review.
