About the Seminar

The study of labour and industrial law envelops various aspects of industrial relations and welfare enactments made in the pre-and post- independence era. The present government is committed to reform of labour legislation in the country as a part of doing business and simplifying all social security legislation.

Reforms in labour laws are an ongoing process to update the legislative system to address the need of the hour so as to make them more effective, flexible and in sync with emerging economic and industrial scenarios.

Call for Papers

Faculty members, Research Scholars, PG Students and other professionals from different fields are invited to contribute and submit their abstracts & Research Papers.

Submission Guidelines

  • The abstract of the paper shall be a maximum of 250 words, in MS Word 12-point Font in New Times Roman with 1.5 line spacing.
  • The full paper shall be within 3000-5000 words and should be typed in MS Word 12-point Font in Times New Roman with 1.5 line spacing on A4 size paper. A
  • After the successful completion of the event, certificates will be given to those participants who have presented their papers.

Note: No accommodation, travel arrangement or travel allowance shall be provided to any participant.

Registration Fee

  • The participants are requested to pay/deposit the fee in the given mode and attach the screenshot of the same in the Online Google Registration form given at the end of the post.
  • For Academicians/Professionals/Teachers/other Delegates: Rs 700/-
  • For Research Scholars & Students: Rs 200/-
