PROGRAM STRENGTH

The program «Law and Digital Technologies» offers a study of a range of law and law-related subjects, which address the opportunities and risks posed by innovation and new technology, including e-commerce, jurisdiction, and dispute resolution in cyberspace, cyber security, intellectual property and contracts in the global digital economy. The Program covers the questions of traditional legal doctrine and the regulatory issues in the spheres of public and private law, international and comparative law.

Admission Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, full-time 2 academic years.

Language Proficiency: English.

Program Description: The program aims to provide the students with in-depth knowledge and practical skills in law and digital technologies from an international, comparative and multidisciplinary perspective.

INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC PARTNERSHIPS AND COLLABORATION:

the Institute of Law develops international collaboration with foreign universities in the sphere of digital law. Our international partners are the University of Gdansk (Poland), the University of Maribor (Slovenia), the University of Belgrade (Serbia) as well as the European Law Students Association in Bologna (Italy). The widespread network allows our students to take part in international scientific events as well as in students’ mobility programs. This approach provides students with the opportunity for rapid and effective professional growth.

GRADUATE EMPLOYMENT:

By the end of the master’s program, graduates can apply for leadership positions in national and international companies working in the field of law.
