ISIL :21 Summer Course on International Law 5 June to 16 June 2023

The Indian Society of International Law (ISIL) was founded ni 1959 at the initiative of Shri .V .K Krishna Menon and was inaugurated in the same year Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, the first Prime Minister of independent India, with objective to “foster nation wide the study and development of International Law and to encourage the comparative study of the application of International Law in other States”. The ISIL has been publishing the Indian Journal of International Law since its inception, which has attained a high standard and is held in high esteem the world over.

ISIL 21″ Summer Course will commence from Monday, 5June 2023, to Friday 16 June 2023.
The topics will relate to: Public International Law,

Private International Law,

International Institutions,

International Trade and Business Law,

Environmental Law,

Intellectual Property Rights,

Human Rights Law,

Humanitarian Law,

Refugee Law and International Criminal Law etc.


The resource persons will include noted academicians, governmental, non-governmental and UN officials etc.

The course will comprise physical lectures, discussion, from 01 a.m. ot 5p.m. on weekdays.

The course fe would be Rs. 4,000/- for students

Rs. 4,500/- for teachers, officials and lawyers.

Maximum 300 participants can be admitted on the basis of first-cum-first serve. Demand drafts shall be drawn in favour of the Indian Society of International Law.

Online registration may be done through the ISIL website. At the end of the course a certificate of attendance will be given to all the participants.
