About:

AAA Insolvency Professionals LLP is the Insolvency Professional Entity (IPE) that holds the distinction of being the second and the most significant IPE registered with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI). This reputable organization boasts a team of 29 Designated Partners, 42 Associate Partners, and approximately 75 dedicated employees who are actively involved in the processes of Corporate Insolvency Resolution and Liquidation. To ensure smooth operations, the workforce is divided into distinct teams such as the CIRP team, the Claim Verification team, the Corporate Debtor Operations team, and the Legal team.

Job Title: Legal Associate (CIRP Process)
Roles and Responsibilities:

Independently carry out a range of responsibilities within the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) in accordance with the timelines outlined in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and CIRP Regulations. Strategize and organize the allocation of tasks among team members involved in the CIRP, effectively planning for their timely completion. Conduct thorough evaluations of the work performed by team members to ensure both the quality and timeliness of their contributions. Offer legal assistance to Insolvency Professionals, facilitating the smooth and efficient execution of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and Liquidation Process.

Requirements:

Proficient understanding of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), and related legal frameworks. Strong ability to create well-crafted documents, utilizing advanced skills in MS Word, and possessing a solid grasp of MS Excel. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of the procedural aspects of CIRP and Liquidation processes, including claim verification, organizing Committee of Creditors (COC) meetings, preparing accurate meeting minutes, and effectively communicating with COC members. Demonstrating effective administrative and managerial capabilities. Displaying exceptional proficiency in both written and verbal English communication. Showing confidence and a willingness to take on new projects and embrace challenges.

Experience

2 to 5 years of Experience in Insolvency and Bankruptcy code.

Professional Qualifications

Should be a Law graduate or company secretary.
