Law/Legal Internship in Gurgaon at Advocate Manisha Singh (Tomar)

About Company: Advocate Manisha Singh (formerly, called Arun Singh & Associates) is a Pan India law firm network that is primarily based in Gurgaon District Court. We nurture young talent and train them to become court-ready (independent practitioners) while they train and work for us. About the Internship: Selected candidate’s day-to-day

responsibilities include: 1. Compile a list of matters listed in the coming week 2. Mark presence in listed matters 3. Maintain and update daily diary (legal reference) 4. Work on live cases and prepare case synopsis 5. Create first drafts of replies/complaints/petitions, etc. 6. Maintain files by updating/sorting files in the file-keeping system, etc.

What will the candidates learn: 1. How court proceedings are conducted 2. Real-time strategy implementation for daily challenges 3. Will be taught how to prepare and generate summons, warrants, etc. 4. Excellent opportunity to get exposure to live cases 5. Opportunity to attend session courts, learn the art of argument/pleading/defending, etc.

Note: 1. Proper training will be provided to work on the mentioned responsibilities 2. Interviews will be conducted in offline mode only 3. Position for law/legal associate (internship with a job offer) 4. We are looking for talent with endurance who can work with our agile team for longer span of time

Stipend: INR 2,000-5,000 /month
