About The Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents such as contracts, licenses, and intellectual property applications
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on a variety of issues related to technology, data privacy, intellectual property, corporate law, etc.
- Collaborate with the team to understand the business needs and translate them into legal terms
- Support compliance with legal standards in AI, IoT, and data privacy
- Assist with the organization’s risk management efforts and ensure legal obligations are met
- Draft internal memos and prepare communication on legal matters
- Assist in corporate governance and other related legal issues
