There is a requirement of a law associate in litigation team of Mr. Garg’s office located at Defence Colony. The candidate will be drafting and preparing documents/pleadings, formulating strategies and conducting legal research.
Area of practice– Commercial Litigation; Civil Litigation and Criminal Litigation; Dispute Resolution.
Legal Forums– Delhi High Court, Supreme Court, District Courts, and Tribunals NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, Consumer Forums etc.
Qualifications and Skills Required: Candidates with prior experience will be preferred.
The candidate should possess strong writing/ analytical skills and should be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
