Call For Papers: NUJS Law Review | Issues under Volume 16!

The NUJS Law is a quarterly student-run publication, having published issues consistently since 2008. As a well-established journal in India, we have consistently topped the rankings by SCC Online and other commentators.

Over the years, the NUJS Law Review has provided legal analysis and commentary on a range of issues, and in doing so, has invited academics, policymakers, law students, practitioners, and those interested in legal studies. Articles from the journal have been cited by judges of the Supreme Court of India, the Ministry of Finance, the Law Commission of India, and various lawyers on multiple occasions. The Law Review has contributed to the development of jurisprudence, specifically on sexuality rights, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and election law.

We are currently looking forward to receiving articles for our four Issues under Volume 16 that will be published this year. We accept papers on a rolling basis throughout the year, and as such do not have any deadline for submission. Therefore, authors may submit their work at any time.
