ABOUT THE ROLE
Our growing legal team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join us on a full-time basis. As a Legal Intern/Associate, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced advocates and assist with a variety of legal tasks, including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and supporting our team with administrative tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Conduct legal research and analyze relevant case law, statutes, and regulations
2. Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and briefs
3. Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document management
4. Attend client meetings, court hearings, and other legal proceedings, as and when needed.
5. Collaborate with other members of the legal team to provide support and assistance as needed
ELIGIBILITY
1. Currently enrolled in an accredited law school.
2. Strong academic performance and excellent written and oral communication skills
3. Familiarity with legal research tools.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies.
6. Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
