The Ministry of Finance invites applications for the post of Law Researcher on a contract basis in the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal and Debts Recovery Tribunals under the jurisdiction of DRAT.

Essential Qualification and Experience

• The candidate must be a Law Graduate having a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (including an integrated Degree Course in Law)/LLM with 55% minimum marks from any College/University/institution established by law in India and recognized by the Bar Council of India for enrolment as an Advocate.
• The candidate must have sound knowledge of computer applications including retrieval of desired information from various search engines/processes.
