About the job
We are looking to recruit a legal associate in our India operations.
- You are experienced in hard core legal drafting, contract reviews, contract drafting, conveyancing support and related.
- Experience in working in a LPO (Legal Process Outsourcing) environment
- Experience in legal work for clients in USA, UK or Australia ( Australia experience preferred)
- Ability to think laterally and apply logic and experience in drafting assignments
- In-depth experience with common law and legal and regulatory frameworks
- Experience in using practice management softwares used by law firms preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work and manage deadlines
