Associate – 2 – 4 Yrs PQE (Trade Marks team)
Sr. Associate – 5 – 7 Yrs PQE (IP Team – Trade marks, copyright, domain name disputes, litigation, IP contracts – Candidate shall independently handle trade mark prosecution from end to end)
Education: B.A. LL. B. / LL.B. from a reputable institution.

Pre-filing searches, filing applications, responding to office actions, attending hearings, preparing affidavits, assisting in oppositions, rectification & litigation matters. Candidates shall be highly skilled, organized and self-motivated, possess analytical skills and have the ability to implement any task with responsibility, accuracy and efficacy. You are also expected to have good communication skills and are good at drafting – be it advisory, pleadings or agreements.
