About The Internship
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, NDA, Notary, case file and SOW.
Submit case files and tend to its objections.
Attend court hearings and note the points discussed.
Court department paper works
Ensure that contracts are compliant with relevant laws and regulations
Assist in developing and maintaining a contract management system to track and monitor contract status and renewals
Assist in the review and revision of existing contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements, company policies and contract terms and conditions.
Conduct legal research on assigned topics.
Draft & assist in designing standard contract templates with different versions to accommodate varying business scenarios
Analyses contractual obligations and makes recommendations on proposals, contract language and terms, conditions and assumptions.
