ABOUT LAW COLLEGE DEHRADUN

Law College Dehradun, as a lagship institution of Uttaranchal University under the aegis of Sushila Devi Centre for Professional Studies and Research, was established as the irst independent Law College of Uttarakhand.

The Alternative Dispute Resolution Centre of Law College Dehradun is proud to announce the 1st National Mediation Competition being organized in collaboration with PSL Advocates and Solicitors, RayLegal and International Arbitration and Mediation Centre Hyderbad, with SCC & EBC as exclusive Knowledge Partners. The event would foster the culture of ADR through the nation. The winners would be awarded upto ₹40,000 Cash Prize and Internship at PSL Advocates and Solicitors.

The Competition shall be in hybrid mode:-

1)The virtual rounds i.e. Preliminary & Octa-Final Rounds are scheduled on October 14th & 15th, 2023.

2)The offline rounds i.e. Quarter-Final Rounds, Semi-Final Rounds & Final Round are scheduled on November 4th & 5th, 2023.

Key Dates

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

4.1. The registration is restricted to 32 teams for National Mediation Competition, 2023

4.2. Each Participant must be a current Undergraduate Student (5 years or 3-year Course) of their respective institution

4.3. All three members of the participating team must be from the same institution.
