INTRODUCTION

We are pleased to announce that the Centre for Research in Air & Space Law, Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai, Centre for Aviation and Space Laws, West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences and Prof. V.S. Mani Centre for Air and Space Law, Gujarat National Law University jointly host the International Workshop on Space Policy and Roundtable on Indian Space Policy 2023 on 8th October 2023.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

The International Workshop on Space Policy is a platform that gathers space policy experts, legal scholars, government officials, industry leaders, academics, and stakeholders from across the globe. The workshop aims to foster collaborative discussions, knowledge sharing, and the exploration of emerging challenges and opportunities in the dynamic fields of space law.

CALL FOR PAPERS

Researchers, academics, and practitioners are invited to submit abstracts for paper presentations related to aviation law. Selected papers will be presented during dedicated sessions, providing an opportunity for contributors to share their insights and contribute to the symposium’s discussions.

There will be 5 (or, exceptionally, 6) papers per panel to give presenters and discussants adequate time for a fruitful engagement. There will be 4 panels in the symposium.

The papers will be selected on a competitive basis. The papers will be published in the upcoming issue of the Indian Review of Air and Space Law.
