ABOUT ICFAI LAW SCHOOL 

ICFAI Law School, a part of IFHE and approved by the Bar Council of India, offers a range of legal education programs. These include integrated five- year courses in BBA.LLB (Hons) and BA.LLB (Hons), one-year LLM programs in Corporate and Commercial Laws and Tax Laws, and two-year LLM programs in Insolvency & Bankruptcy Law and Criminal Law. They also provide full-time and part- time Ph.D. programs and offer fifteen certificate courses in various specialized areas of law. The school has achieved recognition for its quality, ranking 1st in Telangana among both government and private law schools by CSR-GHRDC 2021 and earning recognition as a promising law school in India in recent years. Centre for Gender Studies 

The center aims to foster research and academic discussions pertaining to gender stereotypes and discrimination. It is committed to raising awareness and improving access to justice in the context of gender related issues. The establishment of the Center for Gender Studies is crucial for gender sensitization in our college and through the college, to us. The Center aims to engage with both faculty and students, striving to create a gender- aware community on campus and beyond. The Center envisions arrange diverse academic, technical, medical, cultural, and social events to empower vulnerable groups and promote gender equality in society. While promoting academic research in the area of gender studies by undertaking research projects, the Center aims to collaborate with national and international organizations and researchers in the field of gender studies and related

About the Conference 

PURPOSE 

The conference aims to bring together academics, legal professionals, activists, policymakers, and stakeholders to engage in discussions and shape the future of gender and human rights law. It seeks to critically analyze existing legal frameworks, identify gaps, and propose strategies for more effective implementation. Additionally, it aims to address emerging issues such as technology, climate change, and migration’s impact on vulnerable populations.

Word limit: Abstract should be 300-500 words with keywords and must be accompanied by the name, designation, and contact details of the Author(s) and the word limit of a full Paper is 3000- 7000 words exclusive of Footnotes. 

Full paper shall be submitted with a plagiarism report of less than 10%. 

Co-authorship: up to two authors.
