About The InternshipSelected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Research on various points of law
• Read & update laws/byelaws/rules & regulations applicable to housing (RERA rules, environmental clearance, IBC, SARFAESI, local laws pertaining to real estate, etc.)
• Work on labor law compliances for a company
• Work on legal due diligence

Who can applyOnly Those Candidates Can Apply Who

• are available for full time (in-office) internship
• can start the internship between 21st Aug’23 and 25th Sep’23
• are available for duration of 1 month
• have relevant skills and interests

Other Requirements

• Should be pursuing a BA LLB or an equivalent course (whether 5 years or 3 years) from a reputed university
• Preferably be in their 3rd or 4th year of law school
• Should have prior internship experience
• Should have good drafting, research, and communication skills
