Job Responsibilities
- Assistance in vetting & drafting of Wills, and other documents for Succession and Estate Planning
- Legal research pertaining to developments in Succession and Estate Planning Laws
- Preparation of articles for publishing
Organizational Relationships
- Wealth Management
Skills
- L.L.B. with interest in succession laws such as Hindu Succession Act, Indian Succession Act
- Must have very good drafting skills and research skills
