Call for Papers: Review of Alternative Dispute Resolution by CADR, RGNUL, Volume 1

About CADR:

The Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution, RGNUL (CADR- RGNUL) was established in the year 2018 as a Centre dedicated to research and capacity-building in ADR. One of the foremost aims
was to fill voids that plague existing literature and bridge the often-daunting gap between academia and the practicalities of a career in ADR.

ABOUT REVIEW OF ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The editorial board of CADR has strived tirelessly to promote discussion on ADR issues through literature and plans to release the first edition of the journal to take the discussion froward. RADR is an independent, annual, student-run, double-blind, and peer-reviewed publication. Motivated by a passion to create a culture of change based on academic discussions, contributions are invited from people who share the vision.

ELIGIBILITY

Submissions are invited from all students, legal professionals, and practitioners who interested in the domain of alternative dispute resolution and wish to send in their nuanced perspectives on the
same.

THEME

The theme for this edition is “Navigating the Expanding Role of Mediation and Arbitration in Dispute Resolution.” Recent years have witnessed a growing interest in the field of ADR as the numerous benefits and convivence associated with it have become apparent. Like any legal arena, developments can only take place if there is a holistic discussion on the subject matter. New developments in various fields of law present an opportunity to integrate ADR mechanisms, and the same shall be the focus of the journal.

Note: Please note that the sub-themes are only illustrative in nature, authors are welcome to explore other related sub-themes.

Submission Procedure
-The manuscripts shall be submitted through this Google Form only.
-Submissions made through any other mode will not be entertained.
-Each author is allowed to submit a maximum of 1 manuscript.
-Manuscript is to be submitted in .doc or .docx format
