1. PATENTS
Qualification:
(i) Engineers – Preferred technical domains are software / electronics / mechanical engineering. We are also open to other science stream graduates i.e. MSc / BSc / Biotech.
(ii) Lawyers – Must have an LL.B degree (3/5 years). Preferable enrolled in Bar Council.
JD: We are looking for fresh engineering graduates for working with the patent department for patent drafting, filing, prosecution and post grant activities.
2. TRADEMARKS
Qualification: LLB (3/5 years)
JD: Associate will be required to work in the trade mark and copyrights prosecution practice. Responsibilities will include handling of trade mark / copyright searches, application drafting and filing, prosecution, oppositions, cancellations, assignment deeds and related matters.
3. LITIGATION
Qualification: LLB (3/5 years)
JD: Associate will be required to work in the litigation practice – responsibilities will include attending court proceedings, drafting of pleadings / applications / and related documents, and all related legal and administrative matters.
4. OFFICE EXECUTIVES/PARALEGALS
Job Description: Full time, Candidates will be trained to assist the lawyers in documentation, filing, and all other tasks as assigned by the team leads.
Domain: Graduates in field of Commerce / Arts / Science / any field, can apply.
Skills: Candidates should have reading and writing proficiency in English along with basic computer skills, including working knowledge of MS WORD, and EXCEL SHEETS.
NOTE: The selected candidates will be required to undergo assessment internship/ training period of six months. The assessment internship/ training period of six months will be paid.
