About Serv India Consultants (SIC)
Serv India Consultants (SIC) is a firm of dedicated professionals and executives who provide quality service on time and guarantee client satisfaction. Our areas of expertise include business finance, business legal, business operations, business personnel, and business technology. We are a startup with our first launch due in the coming April and are currently in stealth mode. Our founders are ex-senior government officials, chartered accountants, and lawyers with significant industry experience.
Our platform has been under development for the past two years and is now getting launched in a few months. Our business is based firmly on the model of aggregators like UrbanClap, Amazon, and Alibaba, and is a team endeavor. We operate as a one-stop solution platform with CA firms, CS firms, CMA firms as well as legal firms, and provide consultancy in all the related areas.
About The Internship
This is not a conventional internship, it is an opportunity to tap into your creative side along with conventional legal work. Your responsibilities will be towards:
- SIC’s Business
- Understanding our business model and it’s legal requirements
- Conducting legal research to propose and finalize the legal policy for SIC and it’s various other business segments and brands.
- Assisting senior advocates wherever required
- Representing SIC as a firm by participating in various Business Events and Exhibitions
- SIC’s Vendors
- Explaining SIC’s Terms & Conditions and Legal Policy to vendors that SIC wishes to onboard.
- Preparing legal agreements between SIC and it’s vendors (service providers or consultants)
- SIC’s Clients
- Explaining our policy to potential clients and extracting important information or collecting important data from them. b. Conducting legal research and due diligence investigations with regard to the legal work of SIC and SIC’s clients
- Drafting and preparing agreements for SIC and it’s clients
- Analyzing legal risk and advice to SIC and it’s clients
- Drafting and dictation of legal matter related to cases
- SIC’s Youtube Channel
- Researching and preparing content for SIC’s Legal Youtube Videos
- Making animated PPTs for SIC’s Youtube Channel
- SIC’s Storytelling Wing
- Researching and preparing briefs of various novels written by Legal Fiction authors
- Developing various plots or short stories around Legal Fiction based upon Indian Law
