Job Description
To draft transaction documentation such as ATS, Sale Deed, Construction Contacts and ancillary documents
To provide general legal counsel and advise the management
risk management and mitigation
To lead negotiations of transaction documentation with purchasers and resolve client queries
To manage and track end-to-end transaction documentation till execution and registration of agreements
To oversee litigation and coordinate with external counsel
To prepare documentation and obtain RERA registrations for projects
Aid and support the legal team as may be required in other matters
The Successful Applicant
you must be an LLB with minimum four years of experience prefferably a mix of law firm and in-house. You must have excellent communication skills.
