About The Internship

As a Legal Intern at NewHelpLine Services, you will be involved in a wide range of legal tasks and projects, collaborating with our legal team, software developers, and other professionals.

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Conduct research on various legal topics related to software development, intellectual property, data privacy, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Analyze and review contracts, including software licenses, service agreements, and vendor contracts, ensuring compliance and protecting the company’s interests
  • Assist in the drafting and revision of legal documents, such as software licenses, terms of service, and privacy policies, customized for the software industry
  • Support the protection of the company’s intellectual property rights by assisting with trademark and patent applications, as well as monitoring and enforcing IP rights
  • Stay up-to-date with software industry regulations, including data privacy, export controls, and accessibility requirements, and help ensure company compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal issues and communicate legal concepts and requirements to non-legal professionals effectively
  • Identify legal challenges and propose practical solutions that align with the company’s business objectives
  • Maintain organized records, files, and databases of legal documents, contracts, and research findings
