Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a candidate interested in Intellectual Property Law. The duration of the internship would be 4 weeks. Intern will be responsible for assisting with case research and analysis, drafting documents, client communication, and other administrative tasks as needed. The intern will have the opportunity to learn about different areas of Intellectual Property law practice during their time with the firm.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and analytic skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a law school with a focus on Intellectual Property Law
- Experience with legal research databases such as LexisNexis, Manupatra or Westlaw is a plus
