The conference will delve into various facets of Constitutional Jurisprudence, accentuating the historical and philosophical foundations of constitutional law. We welcome scholarly submissions that explore the constitutional vision, democracy, fundamental rights, human rights, and the intricate interplay between constitutional values and morality.

Submission Guidelines

– Interested participants are invited to submit full papers by February 29, 2024.
– Submissions should be in Microsoft Word format (.docx or .doc files) and accompanied by an abstract not exceeding 500 words.
– The prescribed word limits for different categories (Long Articles, Short Articles, Case Comments, and Book Reviews) are stipulated in the submission guidelines.
