Call for Application! for ADMISSION TO THE DOCTOR OF LAWS (LL.D.) DEGREE PROGRAMME (2024-25)!

India International University of Legal Education & Research (IIULER), Goa
established in 2022 by Act No. 16 of 2021 is a premier and first India
International Law University in Goa.
Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for its LL.D Degree
Programme, 2024-25 at India International University of Legal Education &
Research (IIULER), Goa. The LL.D. degree is one of the University’s most
prestigious qualifications. The University offers a program or higher research
degree of LL.D with an objective to let the researchers demonstrate their
ability to make a distinctive and novel contribution to the corpus of knowledge
on a particular subject of legal study. Upon successfully completing the
requirements of the course the candidate will receive LL.D. degree.

Eligibility
The Degree of Doctor of Laws (LL.D) is awarded to a candidate, who has
obtained Ph.D and has submitted a thesis on the basis of original and
independent research in any particular area of law or inter-disciplinary
subjects having relevance upon law and that makes a contribution to the
advancement of knowledge. The thesis should not be just a compendium of
research works in a subject, but should be a narrative of all the research work
tied through a theme with an aim to substantially contribute to the academic
literature by advancing the knowledge in the subject.

Admission and Registration:

Eligible candidates, may apply to the India International University of Legal
Education and Research, Goa in the prescribed application form and
application fee of Rs.3000/- (Rupees three thousand only) by Demand draft
drawn on the Canara Bank or any nationalized bank, payable to the India
International University of Legal Education and Research, at Goa and submit
the same duly filled in within the stipulated time to the office of the University.

b. Last Date for Submission of Research Proposal – February 29th, 2024
c. LL.D. Application Fee: Rs. 3000/-
d. Presentation of Research Proposals (shortlisted candidates) before
Expert Panel – Mid March 2024
e. Announcement of the Selected Candidates – End March 2024
f. Last date for payment of Fees – Mid April 2024

2. Registration Fee – Rs. 5500/-
3. Annual Fee – Rs. 55000/-
4. Library Fee – Rs. 3000/-
5. Internet/Electronic Database – Rs. 9000/-
6. Fee for Final Presentation – Rs. 55000/-
7. Examination Fee – Rs. 25000/-
8. Re-examination Fees – Rs. 22000/-
• Please Note: The Fee Structure is subject to revision by the Statutory
Body of the University from time to time and the Mess Charges in
University Campus would be on actual basis. No Hostel facilities will be
provided.
