As a Senior Corporate Lawyer specializing in Legal Commercial Contracts, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the legal compliance and protection of our business interests. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to understand their business requirements, draft legally sound contractual agreements, negotiate effectively, and facilitate contract closures. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in commercial contract law and a deep understanding of relevant industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with business units to comprehend their objectives and contractual needs.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including procurement agreements, sales contracts, banking agreements, and joint venture agreements.
- Develop and maintain contract templates and standard clauses to streamline the contract drafting process.
- Ensure contracts align with legal and regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and industry best practices.
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual matters.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential legal issues.
- Participate in contract negotiations with external parties, demonstrating strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable terms and outcomes.
- Facilitate contract execution and manage contract administration throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations and ensure compliance within the organization.
Qualifications:
