About the job

Support all lawyers in their activities as Legal Affairs Department (Legal, Risk & Compliance and Intellectual Property) (‘Legal Affairs’), except General Counsel. Support lawyers on housekeeping, compliance and IP matters where relevant. Manage Legal Affairs’ contracts, corporate, compliance and IP management system in order to be up-to-date. Reports to the Head of Legal IBAP with dotted line to Executive Assistant.

Key Individual Accountabilities

  • Broad administration tasks for Legal Affairs:

i) arrange meetings and archiving support;

ii) organize Legal public folders;

iii) arrange visa and travel arrangements;

iv) arrange all facility duties of Legal Affairs;

v) Assist in ensuring that all Legal Affairs procedures, policies and tools are up-to-date and well-functioning Support all lawyers on tasks e.g. i) arrange administration tasks in broad sense, e.g. signing of contracts and various documents; ii) assist in preparing presentations and documents for litigations

  • Support all lawyers globally on housekeeping matters, e.g. arrange signing of resolutions and other notary documents (legalization/apostille)
  • Manages Legal’s contract and corporate management Legisway in order to be up-to-date, including filing in Legisway. Support all lawyers with such tasks.
  • Support Global R&C Director to (further) implement Centrient’s Compliance Program such as assisting with roll-out of policies and procedures, preparation and monitoring of (online and classroom) compliance training activities, and managing administrative activities in relation to Compliance Program
  • Co-operate with all Centrient Legal Counsels in daily activities and participate in accomplishment of mission and tasks of Centrient Legal Affairs
  • Support within support areas Centrient Legal and Compliance requirements
  • Support corporate governance compliance
  • Support and assist with Centrient Legal Counsels in daily activities and participate in accomplishment of mission and tasks

Requirements

Atleast a Graduate with 5 years of experience in corporate / Mnc.

  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Sharepoint and various other systems)
  • Experience with contract management systems (like Legisway or similar)
  • Ability to set priorities
  • Ability to multitask and work (fast) under time pressure for different lawyers and questions from other functions
  • Service-minded, responsive and precise working style
  • Drive for results
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-starting, hands-on and pragmatic way of working strong and flexible team player
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English
