REAL ESTATE AND
TAXATION LAWS :

The Centre for Real Estate and Taxation Laws (CRAT),
established in the year 2018, is an integral part of
Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad. It comprises a
dedicated team of students driven by a passion for
advancing legal aspects within the realms of real estate
and taxation laws. Functioning as a forum for research
and advocacy, CRAT strives to enhance public awareness
regarding the latest laws, rules, and regulations in these
domains.
The Centre and its members aspire to offer a platform for
aspiring individuals to refine their skills in this field and
gain a comprehensive understanding of the opportunities
within these sectors.

REGISTRATION
PROCESS :

Step 1: Abstract Submission
The acceptance of papers will be contingent upon the
abstracts provided. Each submitted abstract will undergo a
blind review process. Authors are required to submit a
succinct abstract, ranging between 300 to 400 words,
distinctly encapsulating the arguments delineated in their
paper, prior to the stipulated deadline. All abstracts must
be submitted in English.

Step 2: Notification of Acceptance
The Centre will render its decision within a span of a few
days subsequent to the submission of abstracts and duly
inform the respective authors of the outcome.

*Upon receiving the acceptance mail, the participants are
requested to register themselves. The abstracts will be
reviewed and only shortlisted abstracts will be invited to
submit final papers as well as to present them at the
National Seminar.

Step 3: Registration
Upon the conclusive selection of the abstracts, authors and
co-authors are mandated to complete the registration
process. The registration form will be dispatched to the
authors of the selected abstracts through email
correspondence. The registration fee consists of expenses
associated with participation in the seminar, and publication
of selected papers during Praedium 2.0.

Kindly Note: Only Professionals,
Academicians, Research Scholars, and
Teachers can appear for the event in hybrid
mode.

Step 4: Payment of Registration Fees
Upon completion and submission of the registration form,
participants are afforded the option to remit their
registration fee via the College Bank Account only. It is
imperative to note that registration fees apply to the authors
whose abstracts have been selected.

Registration Fee:
1. For Students enrolled in undergraduate or post graduate
programme (Indian):
Single Author: Rs. 1000
Co-Author: Rs. 1600
2. For Professionals/Academicians/ Research Scholars/
Teachers:
Single Author: Rs. 1800 Online mode – Rs. 1500
Co-Author: Rs. 2200 Online mode – Rs. 2500
3. For Internal Students:
Single author – Rs. 400
Co-Author – Rs. 600
Step 5: Final Paper Submission
Academic papers, whose abstracts have been accepted and
registered for the presentation in Praedium 2.0, should submit
their final papers before the specified deadline. The same
should be submitted along with the PPT that is to be presented,
adhering to the guidelines delineated for paper submission.

Participation certificates will be given to the paper
presenters in the Seminar.

The Winners shall be given an Internship opportunity
at the Real Estate and Regulation Authority of
Telangana and other prestigious firms namely, Tatva
Legal and King Stubb & Kasiva.

The Top 20 papers shall also be published in the Jus
Corpus Law Journal, indexed at SCC Online
and HeinOnline, ABCD, and J-Gate.
