Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi. As an Associate at Madaan Law Offices, you will be responsible for assisting in litigation and arbitration matters, drafting relevant documentation, and conducting legal research. You will also interact with clients, attend court proceedings, and provide legal opinions.
Qualifications
- Good understanding of civil, commercial, and corporate laws
- Experience in litigation and arbitration matters
- Excellent research and drafting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
- Admission to the Bar Council of India is a plus
Relevant skills and qualifications would be experience in legal research, drafting legal documents, and a good understanding of Indian laws and regulations.
