JOB DESCRIPTION: Trademark, Design and Copyright prosecution (2-3 Years)
- Experience in Trademark, copyright & design prosecution
- Portfolio management
- Brand strategizing
- Assignments and Registered User
- Conducting searches and giving independent opinions
- Responding to Examination reports, Attending hearings, client handling etc.
Desired qualification:
- PQE: 2-3 Years
- The Candidate should have a degree in Law from reputed University and should be well-versed with Intellectual Property laws.
- The Candidate should have excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Salary: As per Industry norms
