CALL FOR PAPER : Ebonyi State Ministry of Justice Law Journal (EBSMOJLJ) FOR Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).

The Journal also recognizes the status, contributions and activities of individuals, firms, companies, corporations, agencies and institutions associated with Law Practice, negotiations practice, conflict management and dispute resolution. The Profile column is dedicated to serve this purpose.

Submission of Articles :

Articles for publication in the journal should be in Word Document Format and sent as an E-mail attachment to this e-mail address: [email protected]

The Article should include an ABSTRACT of not more than 250 words and typed with double line spacing on one side A4 paper (using front 12 and Times New Roman) and justified with adequate margin.

Authors are advised to note the following points:

  • This edition is of EBSMOJLJ Vol.1. No.1, 2024
  • Materials submitted must be original work of the author(s) which has neither been published nor submitted for publication elsewhere.
  • Reference should be by way of FOOTNOTES at the bottom of each page where the reference occurs. Please DO NOT use ENDNOTES. Preferably, the Auto Number option on Microsoft Word should be used in Footnotes and numbered consecutively (1, 2, 3, 4) in the body of the work with a corresponding citation of references placed at the bottom of the relevant pages.
  • Full citation of books, articles and other source materials must be given. Citation of books must contain the name of the author, title of the book, place of publication, name of publishers, date of publication and page referred to in the article. Example: Odoh, B.U. Alternative Dispute Resolution in Nigeria, (LAP Lambert Academic Publishing, Saarbrucken, Germany, (2014), p. 10.) All contributing authors are required to comply with the Nigerian Association of Law Teachers’ Uniform Format and Citation Guide (Blue NALT’s Book).
  • Authors should indicate their names, titles, qualifications and addresses, as they would want them to be stated in the journal.
