The Legal Aid and Awareness Committee (LAAC) at NLU Jodhpur is pleased to announce the 2nd NLUJ Right to Education Paper Presentation and Discussion, taking place from February 8, 2025 to February 9, 2025 in online mode.
The event aims to elevate awareness and exposure towards the practical aspects of the Right to Education Act (RTE Act), 2009. It seeks to understand the state of implementation of RTE in India through inputs of participants; highlight the gaps in the Right to Education Act, 2009; suggest and recommend the changes in the RTE Act, 2009 on the basis of statistics collected.
The timeline for the event is as follows:
1. Last date for registrations: November 21, 2024
2. Submission of Report: January 15, 2025
3. Presentation: February 8-9, 2025
4. Prize Distribution and Panel Discussion: February 9, 2025

Kindly note that the minimum number of participants for one team is 4 and the maximum is 10. While we encourage participation from clubs and legal aid Clinics/committees housed in the respective universities, the registration is open to all students.
