Professor Seth C. Oranburg, Professor and Co-Director of the Classical Liberal Institute
Professor Oranburg teaches at UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law where he specializes in Contract Law, Business Law, Transactional Law and Trade Secret Law and teaches courses such as IP & Entrepreneurship and Trade Secrets Law. His research focuses on the intersection of law, technology, and innovation. His recent publication: “A Systems Approach: Teaching Intellectual Property in our Interconnected World” explores the shift from a fragmented to a holistic systems approach in intellectual property education that integrates patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets into a unified curriculum.
Pooja Dodd, LLM ’02, Partner at Dodd & Co. :
Pooja Dodd is a partner at Dodd & Co., specializing in intellectual property law. She has extensive experience in enforcement, prosecution, litigation, and transactions related to IP. An alumnus of Campus Law Center, Delhi, Dodd has an LLM in IP from Franklin Pierce. Dodd has worked in the UAE, USA, and India, and has held partnership positions at major law firms in India, before establishing Dodd & Co. in 2016.
Mohak Rana, LLM ’20, Founder and Managing Attorney at Yukti and Lecturer at Jindal Global Law School :
Mohak Rana is an innovative entrepreneur and legal expert who has navigated the startup landscape. Attorney Rana and his team at Yukti cater to diverse clients with varied legal services with a focus on litigation. In addition to managing the firm, Rana also teaches several courses at JGLS, including Intellectual Property Rights. Rana was the recipient of the Best All Rounder Award from NMIMS Kirit P. Mehta School of Law where he graduated with his integrated bachelor’s in business management and law with a focus on criminal and IP law before pursuing his LLM in Intellectual Property at UNH Franklin Pierce. Rana holds advanced certifications from WIPO in IP Management, Trademark, and Copyright and has completed the Harvard Law School course CopyrightX.
Sarah Dorner, Assistant Dean for Graduate Admissions & International Outreach :
Dean Dorner serves as the primary contact for international outreach and engagement activities, including global partnerships, at UNH Franklin Pierce. She directs all admissions functions for the school’s on-campus and online LLM, master’s and graduate certificate programs. Dorner works across law school departments to ensure graduate and international students receive comprehensive services in the areas of student life, academic success, and career services.

Professor Caroline Rockafellow, JD/MIP ’93, Director of Career Services
Caroline Rockafellow is Director of Career Services at UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law. She is a 1993 graduate of the law school with a joint JD/MIP. Caroline spent nearly thirty years as a transactional attorney in both law firm and corporate practice. For the majority of her career, she focused on the representation of technology companies in areas of intellectual property, licensing, corporate and other transactional matters. Immediately prior to returning to Franklin Pierce to take on her current role, she was the Associate General Counsel for Corporate Venture Capital and Mergers and Acquisitions at Syngenta, a global agricultural company.
