ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
The exponential advancement of digital technologies has precipitated profound
transformations across societal, economic, and legal domains, necessitating a critical
re-examination of existing regulatory frameworks. The pervasive role of social media in shaping
public discourse, the proliferation of artificial intelligence in decision-making processes and the escalating concerns surrounding data privacy and digital surveillance underscore the
imperative for robust legal mechanisms that balance innovation with fundamental rights and
democratic principles.
PUBLICATION OPPORTUNITY
A select number of papers featuring novel and high-quality research will be chosen for
publication in a book by the international academic publisher BRILL. The papers selected will
undergo a thorough quality control process through peer review.
A Book of Abstracts with an ISBN will also be published, and submission guidelines will be
provided upon the selection of abstracts.
The three best papers, selected from all themes, will also be awarded special recognition.
