PT Mitra Boga Ventura (MBV) is an early stage F&B start-up investor and incubator founded by a group of entrepreneurs. Our focus is to collaborate with Brands and Business Owners to develop and expand their business through capital contributions and mentorship.
Responsibilities:
– Help draft and edit the contract templates
– Drafted various court documents, invoices, and enclosures at attorney’s requests
– Assisted in putting together a standard form of a confidentiality agreement
– Organized legal memoranda and client correspondence
Qualification
– Educational Background from Law (Civil Law preferred)
– High Initiative and pro active is a must
– Responsible, creative, and multitasking person
– Good Communication and a team player
– Willing to learn and a tough person
– Can join immediately as a full time intern
