recognised as a WIPO – Technology Innovation Support Center (TISC) and through the Intellectual Property Facilitation Cell (IPFC) at ICRISAT , stakeholders in the Innovation ecosystem are assisted with IP awareness, IP
Assistance and IP management initiatives. ICRISAT and its departments work closely with national and international partners, including governments, research institutions, non-governmental organizations, and other public organisations, to develop and promote innovative interventions for the benefit of smallholder farmers and rural communities.
About Conference:
IP and technology are closely intertwined. In the present era of technology, the intellectual property rights played a pivotal role in the protection and promotion of newly developed research and innovation. The intellectual property protection incentivize the individuals and organizations for their contribution in the research and development, leading to technological advancements while striking a balance between monopoly rights versus public interest. The object of this conference is to invite various academicians, scholars and students to contribute their research on the theme of IPR and its intervention with different kind of technologies such as agrotechnology, biotechnology, nanotechnology and Artificial Intelligence and discuss the contemporary issues concerning intellectual property and technology.
