We are seeking talented Patent Associate with expertise in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and Mechanical Engineering in Patent Prosecution and Opposition. Responsibilities:
Patent Drafting & Filing:
Craft specifications that cover the techno-legal aspects of patentable inventions.
Examination Report Responses:
Prepare responses to examination reports from the Indian Patent Office.
Hearing Management:
Manage Hearings before the Indian Patent Office and prepare responses.
Patent Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive patent analysis, including prior art searches, invalidity searches, and Freedom to operate searches.
Qualifications:
LLB. Electrical/Electronic and Mechanical Engineer. PQE – 1 to 2 years’ experience in Patent prosecution and opposition, including managing/attending hearings before the Indian Patent Office.
