EAPIL Winter School in European Private International Law: VALUES IN PRIVATE INTERNATIONAL LAW

The European Association of Private International Law (EAPIL), together with the Department of Law, Economics and Cultures of the University of Insubria, with the Law Faculty of the University of Murcia (Spain) and the Law Faculty of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków (Poland), is organising the Third EAPIL Winter School. The 2026 edition will be devoted to “Values in International Private Law”, dealing with an ample range of topics such as the protection of weaker contractual parties, to challenges that have surfaced in more recent times, such as the role of private international law in the realisation to the rights of minorities, migrants and vulnerable persons under an approach combining theory and practice, and making wide room for interaction with the attendees.
