About the Opportunity
Sarthak Law Chamber invites dedicated law students who are keen to gain practical exposure to courtroom proceedings, legal drafting, research work and Miscellaneous Work. This internship offers hands-on experience in real litigation matters and an opportunity to work closely under the guidance of senior advocates.

Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and preparation of legal documents including petitions, pleadings, written statements, statements of claims, applications, and replies.
- Attend court hearings and gain practical understanding of court procedures, filing processes, and case management.
- Conduct legal research on various points of law and assist in identifying and analysing relevant case laws.
- Work on live cases and gain real-time exposure to client interaction and case strategy under senior supervision.
Eligibility
- Law students
- 3rd year or above of a 5-year course
- Equivalent stage in a 3-year law course.
- Strong interest in litigation and procedural laws.
- Good legal research, drafting, and writing skills.
- Ability to work responsibly and maintain professional conduct.
