CALL FOR PAPERS: “Ensuring the rights of investors in the banking and financial sectors in the context of digitalization”

Book Title: “Ensuring the rights of investors in the banking and financial sectors in the context of digitalization”.
The topics for book chapters could be related, though not limited, to the following themes:

  1. Regulation of blockchain in Russia, Europe and Asia;
  2. Digital currencies of central banks;
  3. Legal regulation of cryptocurrencies in Russia, Europe and Asia;
  4. The use of robo-advisors in the sphere of investments;
  5. Legal regulation of the ICO in Russia and East Asia;
    6 Cybersecurity and digitalization of banking and investment activities;
  6. Concepts on the organizational and legal support of investors’ rights in the banking and financial sectors in the context of the digitalization of the economy;
  7. Legal and organizational aspects of ensuring the security of critical information infrastructure.
    All chapters will be a double-blind peer-reviewed process. Chapters shall be no less than 6 000 and no more than 12 000 words. We kindly ask you to send the topics of your chapters and short abstracts (200-250 words) to e-mail: [email protected] till 30 July 2021. Authors of selected topics will be notified by 06 August 2021.
    The full chapter submission deadline is 31 December 2021.
    The book is supported by the Russian Fund of Fundamental Research (Project No 20-011-00454) and will be indexed in Russian Science Citation Index.
