Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Consultation: Understand client objectives, provide consultation on various immigration programs, and recommend the best options.
2. Documentation: Assist clients in compiling necessary documents, ensuring they meet the specific requirements of each immigration program.
3. Stay Updated: Continuously update oneself with the latest immigration laws, policies, and procedures of various countries.
4. Case Management: Handle multiple client cases simultaneously, ensuring each progresses efficiently through the application process.
5. Communication: Maintain transparent communication with clients, updating them on the status of their applications and addressing any queries or concerns.
6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the legal and documentation teams to ensure successful case processing.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree, or a related field preferred.
2. Minimum 04 years of experience in immigration consulting or counselling.
3. Capability in handling all kinds of Immigration queries.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
6. Up-to-date knowledge of global immigration policies and trends.
7. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
